By accessing and using My Thai Doctor™ services, operated by Prikpot Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

My Thai Doctor™ facilitates access to the following services:

• Online medical consultation applications
• Doctor consultation calls
• Digital prescription delivery
• Access to medical advice and guidance from licensed physicians.
• After consultation, patients may obtain prescribed medical cannabis from any licensed dispensary in Thailand.

Telemedicine consultations conducted through this platform follow the Ministry of Public Health's Telemedicine Notification (B.E. 2565, 2022) and any subsequent amendments.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 20 years old to use our services.

Medical Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who:

• Have a legitimate medical need for cannabis-based treatment
• Can provide accurate medical history and current health information
• Are physically located in Thailand or planning to visit Thailand
• Can provide valid identification and contact information

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and current condition
• Use the service only for legitimate medical purposes
• Follow all prescribed treatment plans and medical advice
• Respect the professional judgment of our medical staff
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or abuse our services

While we facilitate access to medical consultation services through licensed professionals, please note:

• Online consultations may not be suitable for all medical conditions
• In-person medical evaluation may be required for certain conditions
• Partner clinic doctors reserve the right to decline prescription requests based on medical judgment
• Emergency medical situations require immediate in-person medical attention
• Prescriptions are valid only in Thailand and at licensed dispensaries

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are payable in full prior to the provision of services. Consultation payments collected via the platform include administrative and technology service charges for facilitating telemedicine sessions. The professional fee component is remitted to the attending physician or their licensed clinic.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and locally available payment methods.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

4. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if a prescription cannot be issued for any reason whatsoever.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable service regulations. Prescriptions that have been completed and issued are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Refund Conditions:

• Full refunds are available if a prescription cannot be issued for any reason
• No refunds are available for completed and issued prescriptions
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction

Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers must contact us at [email protected] with their order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before the consultation begins. Once a consultation has been completed and approved, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible before your consultation begins.

6. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change upon prior notice.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining medical confidentiality:

• All medical information is treated with strict confidentiality
• We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (Thailand) in handling all personal and medical data
• Your information is shared only with your assigned medical professional through our partner clinics
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any medical problems, outcomes, or adverse effects since we only facilitate access to medical professionals and do not provide medical services directly
• We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes
• Users are responsible for following medical advice and prescriptions from licensed medical professionals
• All medical decisions and treatments are the sole responsibility of the licensed medical professionals and partner clinics

Platform Role and Limitation

My Thai Doctor™ is an online communication platform that connects users with licensed Thai physicians. The platform does not practise medicine, diagnose conditions, or issue prescriptions. All medical assessments are performed independently by physicians under the authority of their registered clinics. The platform provides administrative support, appointment scheduling, and secure data transmission only.

Use of this platform does not create a doctor–patient relationship between the user and My Thai Doctor™. Any such relationship exists solely between the user and the consulting physician.

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or activity
• Providing false or misleading medical information
• Attempting to obtain prescriptions for non-medical purposes
• Sharing or reselling prescriptions
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand. By using this platform, you acknowledge that each consulting physician is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of My Thai Doctor™ or Prikpot Co., Ltd.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
