Upload your identification, check your details, and enter your email and phone number. Select your gender, condition and prescription start date, add your signature, and complete payment. All completed applications are approved. Our partner clinic verifies the information, determines the prescription’s medical details and digitally signs the PT33. My Thai Doctor handles intake, payment, email delivery and support.
Delivery is usually within one hour during office hours, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Thailand time. If we are unable to issue your prescription, including because of technical issues, you will receive a full refund.
