Before you start

Have your passport or Thai ID ready, complete the form’s selections and add your signature. Your doctor-signed PT33 PDF arrives by email after clinic verification.

1. Check that the service fits your needs

My Thai Doctor serves residents and visitors aged 20 or over who have a medical reason for applying. These are our service requirements. The platform is operated by Prikpot Co., Ltd.; clinical verification and prescription signing are provided through our partner clinic.

Select the condition that applies to you from the options on the application form. You do not need to write a symptom description or submit a medical history or records from home. If none of the listed conditions applies, contact support before payment. This service is not emergency care or an authorisation for recreational use.

2. Prepare for your application

Have the following ready before you apply. Passport details are read automatically; check the extracted information before continuing.

The form also asks for your phone number and gender. Choose your prescription start date and add your signature with your finger or mouse. The listed conditions are chronic pain, insomnia, migraines, loss of appetite and Parkinson’s disease; no written explanation is required.

  • A valid passport with readable identification details
  • An email address you can access while travelling
  • Select your condition from the available options

3. Apply online and pay ฿495

Complete the application and check your details before submitting. A new prescription costs ฿495; a monthly renewal also costs ฿495. The service fee covers processing, clinic verification, digital signature and PDF delivery. Cannabis products are not included.

A completed application includes your identification details, email, phone number, gender, selected condition, prescription start date, your signature and payment. All completed applications are approved. Our clinic verifies the information, determines the medical details and digitally signs the PT33.

4. Receive and check your PT33

Delivery is usually within one hour during office hours, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Thailand time. Your signed PDF arrives by email. Check your inbox and spam folder, save the document on your phone, and contact support if any personal details need correction.

If we are unable to issue your prescription, including because of technical issues, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prepare for your dispensary visit

Take your PDF and matching identification. Ask the licensed dispensary about its document checks before visiting. Follow the treatment details on your prescription; the clinic can clarify anything you do not understand.

The guides below explain the PT33 itself, renewal costs and practical dispensary checks. A prescription is medical documentation, not travel or customs permission.

Sources & service details

Official sources explain the documentation framework. My Thai Doctor’s terms describe our price, eligibility and delivery commitments. Check the linked source dates and ask the clinic about your own prescription.
