Before you start
Read the details on your own PT33. The form records a patient-specific prescription, rather than general permission to buy or carry cannabis.
What is a PT33?
PT33 is the controlled-herb prescription form for cannabis. It records the patient, prescriber, medical condition, daily dosage, treatment period and total quantity prescribed. The official English form is linked below.
Understand the period on your document
The official form sets a maximum of 30 days per issuance. With My Thai Doctor, you choose your prescription start date in the application and the prescription is valid for 30 days from that date. Check the dates and the prescriber’s treatment instructions and quantity on your issued document.
Check your copy before using it
Open the emailed PDF while you have an internet connection. Keep the original file available, and ask support to correct any personal-information error through the proper process. Do not edit the prescription yourself.
- Your name matches your passport or Thai ID
- The identification details are correct
- The start date matches your selection and the 30-day period is shown
- The prescriber and signature details are present
Ask about your specific document
For questions about treatment instructions, ask the clinic. For delivery or a missing email, contact My Thai Doctor support with your order reference. For a planned purchase, confirm the chosen dispensary’s document checks.
Do not treat this document as an import, export or travel permit. Check official guidance for your journey separately.
Sources & service details
Official sources explain the documentation framework. My Thai Doctor’s terms describe our price, eligibility and delivery commitments. Check the linked source dates and ask the clinic about your own prescription.
