New prescriptions and monthly renewals each cost ฿495. Your payment covers the prescription service; cannabis products are separate.
One clear service price
A new prescription costs ฿495, and a monthly renewal costs ฿495. The fee covers application processing, verification through our clinic, the digital signature and delivery of the PT33 PDF.
All completed applications are approved. The clinic verifies the application and is responsible for the prescription’s medical details. Paying for the service does not include the purchase or delivery of cannabis.
When to expect your email
Delivery is usually within one hour during office hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Thailand time. Applications outside those hours should be planned around the next opening period. Contact support if you need to confirm timing before paying.
Check the email address in your application and look in your spam folder. Keep your order reference so support can locate the request.
Prepare for a renewal
Check the end date on your current prescription and allow time to submit a renewal through the application service. Select the condition that applies to you and choose the start date for your next 30-day prescription period.
A renewal produces a new prescription document. Do not change the dates on your old PDF yourself. Ask support if you need help with a previous order.
If we cannot issue your prescription
If we are unable to issue your prescription, including because of technical issues, you will receive a full refund. Contact [email protected] with your order details if that happens.
